Initiate Your Request
Log into your Scandals account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
